Horrible reliability (really, nonexistent) over wifi or 3G. Have yet to be be able to use after logging in.

Im reading a lot of reviews saying that its crashing on open. But Ive been using it fine. Got an email from a client today, and was able to add an A record and create an email account while driving to work!

Works as described. A little slow at times but it gets the job done.

Asked me to set up an account then crashes. And keeps crashing upon program start. Would have been a useful app.

The app wont let me login and it crashed every time I tryed to use it... I wish it worked.

This App is very bad. I have never been able to get it to work and I understand CPanel very well. But let me provide a list of reasons why it is so bad. 1.Bad interface: I should have looked at the interface examples. The third image shows file viewer that tells EXACTLY THE SAME THING AS THE LIST IN THE BACKGROUND! In the application 2.Error Messages that do not make sense: Once you have set up an account and log in “successfully” I am always presented with message that says: “Connection Attempted” and then goes on to read: “This application attempted to connect to your Cpanel however it could not read the usage of the login details are incorrect.” What in the world does this mean? Another example: I click on the Usage Overview and I get the exact same error message… but this time twice! When I click File Viewer I get the following error: “Message. No emails are added” 3.Very bad documentation: On the website, there is a joke of a setup guide. It is written in poor English with anemic explanations. For example – I have no way of interpreting this bulleted sentance: “If you think that you can only use port 2082 – Do the step below and you will see that port 2083 is open and you can connect” Realize that there are no “steps” described below this statement, just another confusing bullet. 4.Very bad website: You know you’re in trouble when the help ticket page says – “We cannot refund though this process - For refunds from the App Store contact Apple via iTunes.” There are a total of 3 FAQs to “help”. No other information is given other than a Support Ticket link. 5.Unusable help desk ticketing system: This was the worst thing about my experience, you can never post a help desk ticket. The help desk system kept asking: “A new ticket has been open for question Control Panel (App Store).. Our team need you to confirm your email address before we can move on.” I keep confirming my email and it keeps coming back with the same question. 6.A developer who does not care: Their average rating is 2 stars. They have not responded to any of the comments nor have they released an update since August.

I entered all my info and after it tries to connect it crashes, then I tried to open it again and it just crashes without asking for login info. I had to delete it and reinstall it so I could try again, but no luck, and I was using the beat host, HostGator!!! And I cant believe I actually paid $2.99 for this non working app. Dont waste your money.

Thought I could figure it out with tech support page on their site...never got a reply x2 weeks. Dud.

As if it wasnt buggy enough, it now crashes at opening. I dont think the developer knows how to test properly in the iOS environment. Its a shame.

This app is ridiculous! Costs $2.99 and you get an app that does nothing. After spending hours to get this app to work I go to the file viewer and it shows nothing. This app needs to be removed from the AppStore. I dont even see how Apple approved this app!

It sorta works. Takes forever to connect. And then still doesnt fully connect to everything. If you want to switch accounts you must select the account you want then quit the app (minus sign on app switcher) and relaunch. Very buggy.

Not sure why people are having trouble using this app. It loads fast, easy to configure and works great. Good work on the update too!

Seriously?! iOS 6 only? Why? Id give zero stars if I could!
